Website design showcasing an internal company management platform
Konica Minolta (KM) is a well-known Japanese international company with over 40 offices worldwide. KM’s roots lie in imaging technologies, which still form the foundation of their vision: “Imaging to the People.” The company offers a wide range of services, including the manufacturing of industrial imaging products, copiers, laser printers, multifunctional peripherals, and digital print systems for the production printing market. KM combines these technologies with modern approaches such as data processing and data-driven decision-making to quickly respond to the needs of clients and society.
One example of KM’s focus on data processing is their internally developed tool called Fusio. My task was to design a website to promote this company management software to a broader range of businesses. The main challenge of working with a company of this scale was aligning my design decisions with their well-established visual identity while creating an effective platform to present the solution to the public.
After completing the design process, the company decided to sell the development rights for Fusio to another firm, which ultimately led to the cancellation of the project. Despite this outcome, I was grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with KM and gained valuable experience working with a global company of this scale.
