Visual Identy & Website design for a company optimizing internal processes
Datacontext is a consulting company specializing in optimizing corporate IT systems and tools, leading to more efficient workflows. They achieve this by gathering, analyzing, and recontextualizing relevant data, after which they offer a variety of solutions to streamline and automate their clients' processes.
My task for Datacontext was to create a visual identity and design a website aimed at attracting more clients to the company’s portfolio.

Logo Design & Branding
I began designing the visual identity by creating a simple and memorable logo-mark. After researching the company’s services, I found that the core characteristic of their work is the intersection of different data points to create new context. As a visual metaphor for intersecting information, I chose two overlapping rounded squares. This approach also provided an opportunity to reference the company’s tagline: "Clarity leads to success." By using rounded corners for the "data" squares, the overlapping area forms an eye shape, symbolizing the company's emphasis on clarity within complex datasets.
For the word-mark, I selected a futuristic and minimalist typeface. Combined with a two-tone blue color scheme, this reflects the company’s mission to modernize and future-proof their clients’ workflows.
The rest of the visual identity follows a similar principle: visualizing intersecting data points with a focus on a clean, futuristic aesthetic.
Website Design
The goal of the website was to convince potential customers that Datacontext can significantly optimize their workflows, ultimately making their businesses more successful. The design follows the same principles as the branding: clean and futuristic aesthetics. This was achieved by using abstract visuals representing various data interactions, overlaid with frosted-glass elements to create a modern look.
The company’s color palette of white, blue, and cyan is complemented by a bright orange accent, adding contrast and drawing the visitor’s attention.
